Terms and conditions

GENERAL

Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to Hotel Casa Yollotzin, you accept all its terms of use, without limitation or criteria.

RATES

    Hotel Casa Yollotzin's published online rates are priced per night of stay. Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking directly via phone or email. Once agreed, if the published prices are in US dollars (USD) they will be exchanged to national currency (MXN), based on your booking channel. Room rate details are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS

    Reservations can be processed online at WWW.CASAYOLLOTZIN.COM or by calling us directly at cell: 523767664642. tel: 523767664642 The hotel requires reservations preferably prior to arrival. Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Security Deposit. Questions regarding reservations are not automatically confirmed, but on an individual basis with a response within 1-2 business days.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check-out time is 12:00 am Check-out 60 min grace period Check-outs after 1:00 pm will be subject to a charge of $200 pesos per room. Check-outs after 6:00 pm will be subject to a charge for the full value of the following night. • Early check-in is subject to availability.


DEPOSIT GUARANTEE

    A deposit equal to 50% of the value of your stay is required and will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the hotel on the day of your arrival. The deposit will be made through SECURE PAYMENT (payment link sent by us), ONLINE CARD PAYMENT, BANK TRANSFER and/or PAYMENT THROUGH YOUR BOOKING CHANNEL. Promotional or special offer reservations are subject to a Deposit Guarantee equal to fifty percent of your stay, with the outstanding balance to be released upon arrival. A government-issued photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.

PAID

    A credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation. Payments must be made to HOTEL CASA YOLLOTZIN. If you provide credit card details, we will keep this information confidential for the sole purpose of processing your payment. A Deposit Guarantee (includes room rate and service fees) is required at the time of confirming your reservation.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

    Confirmation of changes to a reservation is subject to room availability. Any cancelled reservation generates a penalty: Cancellation 2 days before arrival 30% of the reservation value. Cancellation on the same day of arrival 100% of the deposit value or, failing that, the total reservation. Cancellation 3 days before arrival FREE OF CHARGE. (does not apply for long stays). NO SHOW penalty of the total deposit.


Cancellation fees for LONG STAYS are determined according to season:

    High Season NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY: are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total reservation deposit.Low Season: 7 days prior to arrival, are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the value of your reservation deposit.

REFUNDS

    Only if the payment was made in cash or by bank transfer will the refund apply, respecting the cancellation percentages plus administrative costs. For any other case THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, a calendar is opened and an offer is made to handle a reservation with an open date, which will be resumed prior to a reservation.

HOTEL SERVICES

    Some of the services within the Hotel are free of charge while others require a consumer account. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.The Hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the Client or its clients, employees, agents or contractors or external suppliers. The Hotel provides safe deposit boxes.Pets: contact the reception team to authorize your pet.

RESTRICTIONS

You are not allowed to enter the Hotel with the following:

    Electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking. Special medical devices, please contact the hotel directly.


HOTEL CASA YOLLOTZIN reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items if found within any room immediately without notice and to charge you for the costs incurred in taking such action. Guest Behaviour You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any member of your party if we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in breach of this clause. Conduct that we reasonably consider to be inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

    Inappropriate noise levels or disturbances. Unruly behavior. Any behavior that appears offensive to other Guests or collaborators.


We will at all times act reasonably in making any determination under this clause. In the event that we cancel your booking, you will be required to vacate your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any damage or loss must be made prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all expenses we incur in pursuing any claim against you. Our obligations to you end when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse you for lost accommodation and we are not liable for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
